This has been a struggle for me also. Right now, I'm not feeling too good about my weight.

On MAD tv, last Saturday they were making a joke about losing weight. A man was telling a woman, if you want to lose weight all you have to do is: Eat Less and Move More. Then she was saying "isn't there some kind of pill I can take?" It was so funny and has nothing to do with what you're asking.

I need help with this also. It seems like i hardly sit all day, but I stand also and am not eating what I supposed to?

Weight Watchers awesome! I lost 50 lbs on it when I was in college, and my hubby and I are actually getting ready to start doing it again as soon as I get the ok from my dr (which should be tomorow   ). The biggest thing with WW is exercising self control and understanding how to measure portion sizes. The best part about it is that you can eat whatever you want, as long as you account for it in your plan. It doesn't happen overnight, but it is well worth the effort you put into it.

i heard weight watchers has an online program for $20 a month. Do you think doing it online is as effective?

I think it would be as long as you can stick to and and know how to be self controlled when it comes to it.

When I did it I actually didn't attend meetings. One of my mom's friends was a leader, and got me all of the materials so I could do it on my own. The hardest part is getting yourself in the habit of listening to your body and when you are truly hungry and not wanting to eat for other reasons. I plan to use the online program this time around because, well, I really don't have time to get to meetings with having 2 kids and a husband to take care of!

I had no trouble losing the weight from DS. The weight I gained between the time he was 1 and 3 was another story. I even didn't realize how big I got. (I went from a size 8 to a very tight 16) The biggest factor for me was stress. I joined a yoga class and it helped so much. It is not only a good form of exercise, it relieves stress, which helps even more.

Also, eat smaller portions more often. It may sound odd, but this speeds up your metabolism and you don't feel hungry all the time.

Not all women are the same, but it worked for me.

It may be for some, but if you need someone bugging you about it to keep you motivated, it can be very easy to ignore a website.
