Lmao, ok to start im just gonna say i thoroughly enjoyed reading all the comments.. it made my night..  

anyhow, i got pregnant with my son at 19, was i trying to get pregnant no, but at the same time i wasnt preventing it either to put it nicely.. when i was 17, i was going to college, living with my parents, working a full time job (and NOT pregnant) and paid 350 in just rent to them, and about another 100 or so (depending on the month's bill) to cover what utilities i was using. did i like it, no.. who likes to pay bills?! any way, i did it.. eventually i had money saved (almost 2 years later) and moved out on my own.. i got pregnant, had no money, let alone any food in my house. me and my SO (who i wasnt married to at the time) struggled like crazy to make ends meet. there were times where we went without food just to make sure our baby had food. but looking back, i may have hated my parents for taking my 450-500 dollars a month for bills, but it gave me a sense of responsibilty for the stuff i used.. things in life dont come free or easy.. be thankful she at least took you under her roof, i have friends who have had no where to go and i would take them in and, yes i charged them, made sure they knew what my bills were before and after they moved in.. she would be stupid to let you live there for free.. your not a child no more (although you sound like one). you've got a child on the way.. you need to grow up and take responsibilty for the things YOU'RE using in HER house.

Nobody would possibly have anything nice to say, because you're being a jerk about helping out your mom.

I've been on the other side of the situation. My cousin lived with me for 4 months and hardly gave me anything. I'm broke as it is, and having her here put a HUGE financial strain on me.

Even if that's not the case, your mom is trying to do her best to teach you about real world responsibilities. Your landlord is NOT going to care that you don't have the money, he's going to evict you.

And some of us have tried to help. You aren't receptive to it because you don't want to admit that you're wrong. Even though I'm sure you know you are, a little bit, deeeeeeeeeeeeep down inside. Which is why you're being so smurfing defensive.

this chick seems to have had it so easy till now the day i got my first job (mowing lawns) i had to start paying board $50 a week i was 14 then second job working in a pizza shop $80 at 16 then 17 when i had 2 jobs $120 a week it helped cover my room and what i ate there

this girl seems to think that if she spits the dummy mummy wont make her pay up but im sorry to say with a baby on the way you need to grow the smurf up and start paying your way life isnt free never was never will be
