Carseat?

I am looking for a good carseat. I had a Britax with my daughter but we got rid of it because we thought we were done having kids...ha. Anyway, they are just super expensive, and so heavy we bought one for each vehicle so we woudnt have to move them back and forth...which seat would you recommend? I prefer to skip infant seat completely because I will wear my baby and have a stroller already. And by skip the infant seat, i am referring to the seat that snaps into a base.

I can move it pretty easy. You could go into a target and check it out, they have them on display. But it may be a bit clunky for constant moving.. but it is great because it covers a huge timespan of use. 5-45 lbs rear facing and then till 60 (or 65, can't remember at the moment) forward facing.

I'm going with another Graco convertible.

Nice. At that price it wouldnt be too bad to buy 2 either. I had the advocate with my daughter and they were $379 each =/

i have this one it's from target.
i love it. it's lightweight i change it between vehicles often. if you're using the latch system you have to be sure and rock it back and forth to get it all the way tight but other than that it's awesome and so comfy.

Do you know the weight range?

You need to be careful with convertibles. Even though they say they're from 5lbs/birth up, they always aren't the proper fit. My son is a big boy, 9lbs 7oz and 21.5" when he was born and his convertible still doesn't fit him properly to have the straps below his shoulders at the lowest setting. He's actually still on the lowest strap setting in his infant seat.

5-40 rear, 22-65 front

RIght now I have the comfortsport and I really like it, but I may go with the myride next time. It'll probably depend on money.
