re: Moving in??? Do or don't???

posted 27th Jul '12
i moved out of my mums house into my OWN place when i was 15 by choice ,, my bf was 20 ,, we managed it just FINE ,, still live there now together ,, expecting our 1st child together ,, so who says its a stupid idea ??? i still have nice things ,, flat screen t.vs ,, laptops ,, 285pound uggboots,,and lots of other lovely stuff all items are ours and not rented i.e washing machine ,,leather bed ect , im not in debt at all ,, all bills are paid and we spend 90pound on shopping a week and go out for meals and enjoy life like we should. it depends on what sort of person you are ,, and if your moving into a parents house together u still have support and it would be better for both parents to raise the child no matter what your ages x

i have said its a stupid idea.. i own my home , my car, & suv we live a nice life... i don't have uggboots because i think they're ugly.. lol but if i wanted them i could have them.. its not wise, yes some people do it and make it, but generally speaking its a stupid idea.. fyi we provide for our 4 children we have led tvs a wii own our H.E washer and dryer. own all our furniture (i wouldn't want a leather bed.. ha)
but still think its a stupid idea...

my point was that it doesnt stop us having things we want , just because we moved in at a young age ,, some ppl say u wont have nothing blah blah blah but i was saying thats not true ,, i dont think its stupid ,, moving in together they can alternate nights on feeding ect

and what i was saying, our situation is rare, i wouldn't let my daughter/son move in with their bf/gf until they are 18 unless there are certain circumstances involved. it would be irresponsible as a parent for me to do that. i wouldn't want my son/daughter getting on a lease w/somebody and becoming financially dependent on them for anything (sharing rent, utilities, car payments & food etc..) that is what my point is,, it would be a stupid decision on my part to let them move out. i got lucky that things worked out as well as they have, i wish i would've waited to move out on my own sometimes and i don't want my child/ren feeling the same because i stupidly let them move out before i knew they were ready.
