Infection?

I gave birth to my son Friday at 2:11 pm. Got sent home yesterday. Since then I have had a lot of pain in the vagina area, just seems to be getting worse. I can't smell anything odd but I went from bleeding red to bleeding something pink and milky looking. I think I may have a infection. I can't pee without being in horrible pain that makes me cry everytime. I can't sit, stand, lay down or walk without it hurting. They gave me pain medicine and that doesn't even touch the pain that I am in. So I was wondering if anybody has experienced this and know if its a infectionvor not. I didn't experience this with my first son. I just want the pain to stop so I can enjoy this time getting to know my new little guy and play with my other son who is 18 months.

You just had something the size of a watermelon come out of your vag. It's completely normal.
If you are too concerned, call your doctor in the morning for reassurance.
