My 7 Day Diet/Cleanse Thread

I am gonna start this tomorrow morning....wish me luck!  
I'll update this thread with what I've eaten and how my body reacts to it. And how much weight (if any...I have doubts  ) I've lost.

And tomorrow I'll weigh myself and take a photo.

Lmfao I'm not looking forward to the amount of time I'll be spending on the toilet. But I really want to shed some weight.

Alright this is kind of embarrassing.



It's only 9:30 so I haven't eaten that much today. I've already had 4 cups of water, an apple, and some watermelon.
I'll do another picture and weigh myself on Wednesday.

Trying to keep something in my stomach has proved itself hard. I have a headache and I'm craving something with protein. Going to brew some coffee and hope that helps the headache. I feel like I'm eating a lot, but I still feel hungry.
I'm working on my 6th cup of water. I'm eating grapes, strawberries, and a peach fruit salad.
