I actually had 2 abortions last year, the 1st time was the pill and 2nd time was surgical. I'm assuming you already went thru with it...but I would not reccommend the pill to anyone, EVER. It's actually illegal where I live, I had to go to IN to have it done. Since I had to go out of state, when I got there, they gave me the 1st pills in office - the ones that cut off the pregnancy hormones. I felt no different until the next day when I took the actual misoprotol at home. The pain was terrible. I was 7 wks when did it. I started bleeding while the pills were still dissolving in my mouth. I saw large clumps of blood and even saw the little tiny fetus. It was very traumatizing, all I did was cry for 2 days. The failure rate and infection rate is very high with the pills which is probably why it's illegal in Ohio. I was one of the failures. I actually bled for 8 weeks after and went to the ER bc I knew that wasn't supposed to last that long. They did an ultrasound and said there was parts of the pregnancy still inside me. Then I had to repeat the whole process, take misoprotol again. I hope everything worked out for you. It's a very hard thing to do. :/ It may be cheaper to do the pill, but if I had to do it again, I would pay the extra money to be put to sleep and have it done surgically.

I would never recommend this method or choose to do this method ever again.

I took the pill at 7 weeks along, at the clinic they gave me a pill orally to stop the pregnancy from progressing at sent me home with 4 pills to insert into my vag. About 2 hours after I inserted the pills I started to cramp really bad just felt like a bad period and when I was finally brave enough to go pee and see what it was it was just a few clumps of blood with what looked like white tissue mixed into it. Nothing huge or crazy looking just blood clots.
