I think the playtex ventaires have the BPA in them so I would avoid those. I am planning on using the playtex dropins because they are BPA free, they are easy to clean up, you can pump right into those bags, and since I wont be using them all that often, Im not worried about the extra cost of buying the dropins. And I have heard the best things about them!

thats hard to answer.they took ALL bottles off the shelves here except the ones with disposible liners.playtex advance were my favourite for my first two kids.

breast pumps usually come with bottles that attach. i just used those and changed the nipples. if you'vegotten a breast pump, you can check and see.

I use Avent and I like them. In the long run I would assume they are cheaper than buying the insert bags. I don't know how much the Playtex bottles cost, though.

I used those boddles, They are SOOOOO eeasy to clean, there the only bottles that you know your getting the bottle real good because you can take it completly apart and my child NEVER had gas with those. I wouldn;t use the bag bottles tho! They gave my daughter HOR gas!

I wouldn't worry too much about the BPA thing, as long as you aren't gonna microwave the bottles, people really are freaking out over nothing. I have heard that the NUK bottle by gerber are awesome for switching back and forth, the regular wide neck ones, not the skinny ones. I used gerbers (just regualr gerbers) because that was all my daughter would take. I am gonna buy a few different ones this time though. I think I am going to try dr.browns and the nuks (I know the nuk paci's are all my 2nd one would take) My advice would be to try the same, buy just a few of different types/brands bc all babies are different and like different things. But good luck

If your worried about the whole bpa thing these look like a good bottle to transition to and from the breast with.
