7 more weeks! Yay!

June Mommies! We're almost there! Woo! I'm excited! I don't have my baby's room prepared yet   but hopefully this upcoming weekend or the next hubby and I will get everything together! Is your nursery ready?

If you had a baby shower, how did it go?
I didn't recieve as much as I was anticipating. I was more concerned about getting the more important items, like bottles, receiving blankets, etc, but we didn't get any of them   My family wasn't able to make it because Mom ended up in the hospital, but I know they bought all the big items, which I am very relieved about! It was a bummer that they weren't going to be there but I am more concerned about my mother's health and the support she needed from the family that are close by.

How was your mother's day?
I spent mine vegging around the house, which I love doing! I couldn't ask for more

Only 3 more weeks for me!! YEAH!!!  
Feeling as good as can be at this point. Lots of BH, lots of kicks to the ribs and hips, very uncomfortable, and hungry all the time, lol   Otherwise, Im doing great! ;)

Our babies room is all ready to go! But its been that way for a long time now....I dont work full time and I was bored!  

As for my shower.....it's funny, I was the same way as you....wanted all of the necessary things that I was going to have tobuy anyways. I just talked to lots of people and kept sayinig things like "Oh my gosh, we have SOOOO much clothes! I dont know if we can fit anymore in our closet!" lol! And I made little hints about needing lots of things like bottles and diapers and all of that. And it turns out, I got almost everything I needed. Although we still went and spent $200 on other various things we wanted/needed, but the damage couldve been worse!!!!

me an the baby sharing a room for the most part i have everything. but most the little stuff i was asking for i didnt even get. and i was the same way about anticipating more stuff. my mothers day i spent in the hospital i went in on tuesday at 3pm and got relieced yesturday at noon. it sucked but it better for the baby to be monitored. and i feel ok just alot of heartburn swelling feet eating everything in the house. and feeling like a blimp. cant eat anything without getting something on my belly lol and her cute kicks are now vicious. needless to say cant wait for my lil miss to make her entrance
