re: baby born at 31 weeks??

my youngest daughter was born at 27 weeks actual (29 estimated by ultrasound). she was 2lbs 3oz and 14 inches long. was on a breathing tube for several days, cpap for a week, and a nasal cannula for about 9 more weeks. also had a feeding tube for about 11 weeks. she had several rounds of phototherapy for jaundice, but other than that no big issues. the only real problem she had, was that she couldnt quite get down suck, swallow, breathe so that she could take all her bottles so thats why she had a feeding tube for so long. and we had a little toruble with bradys. she was in the hospital for 12 weeks, and is now almost 9 months old and about 15 pounds.

Well im glad to here shes healthy now!!

Here's the update on what I know..(They haven't been telling us much) His name is Mason Karter this morning they took him off the breathing tubes and he has breathed all day by himself with NO problems!! He's only ate one bottle and he did good!! But he is on a IV still.. I only have a few pics (theres alot on facebook but I dont get on there) Heres what I have!!(:

Lol we only got a few because he cant even wear clothes right now..and momma below...I dont know anything new ej only lets me know right b4 he goes to bed.

They left him home before his due date?!

My son was 7 weeks early and he came home three weeks layer a month before his due date

I could imagine.. Deff having to be home and everything.... The thing with Judy and EJ we live in a small town so Judy had to be 3 hours away and she had to come home today!! And they can only see the baby like 3 times a week (if that) til he comes home!
But there is this thing called a ronald mcdonald house and she is trying to get into it.. Its like a appartment for parents that have kids in the hospital
