On double strollers? Do you have one? Do you like it? Are they even worth the money?

DS will be 3 by the time the baby is here, but still uses a stroller frequently so we have been looking into getting a double. As I keep looking and reading reviews for different double strollers, they just seem like a lot of unnecessary hassle.

we are planning to get one, but our kids will be a lot closer in age. DD will be 16 months when this one comes. IMO if DD was 3 or so when I was having a newb, I would use a single and wear the newb. I wouldn't think it'd be worth the money..

We have two I rarely to never use them. Single stroller and baby wearing works so much better for us

My DS will also be almost 3 when baby arrives. I was looking into a walk/ride thing...It is a reg stroller for baby, with a platfrom/small seat in the back (facing you) for the older to ride, just in case they get tired.

See I have a little girl thats 3, having a new one in October but I also babysit my niece who will be almost 1 when the newb gets here. Im thinking a tandem would at least help when I have to leave the house with all of them.

Why would a three yr old need a stroller?

Our DD is three and though we rarely use it anymore, it was nice when DS was first born - they are 21 months apart though.

It's not necessary, and I wouldn't get it unless you have the money. I bought one second hand off a friend.

Because when we are walking long distances, and she gets tired I feel like its mean to make her walk, she has little legs and she's still just a toddler. JMO though, everyone;s entitled to their opinions

I have this one: http://www.walmart.com/ip/Jeep-Wrangler-Twin-Sport-All-Weather-Umbrella-Stroller-Orange/10603594

Its friggen awesome, I take care of a friend's baby during the week and DD is 10 months old. It folds really small like a normal umbrella stroller but it RECLINES which is awesome for when they fall asleep, its really sturdy.. I only have good things to say about this stroller, plus its really cheap for a double stroller! ooh and it fits in all doorways lol

I just got the sit and stand ultra and LOVE it. Haven't used it yet with the kiddos since I'm still pregnant, but I tested it out in the store and loved it and so did my son. He just turned 4 and hates walking when we are out in public so a stroller is a must for him or he will ask to be carried. The nice thing with this stroller is that you can put the infant carrier in the front or the back and it has snack holders in the back for the older kid and for me as well. Very nifty and not to bulky compared to other strollers.

We are getting the Joovy sit and stand. MaKenzye outgrew the double stroller we had in height and it just didn't see m cost efficient to purchase another one so we opted for this...
