i used to do that. When I was younger I had horrible anger management issues, I wouldn't talk to anyone about my problems and things would build up so I started writing in journals and that helped so much. Sometimes it is neat to go back and read the things I wrote but it is scary sometimes too to see how I was before and how I ever let myself get like that.
