Warrant for arrest.....Question.

So my BD has a warrant out for his arrest. What happened was he missed a court date for child support with his ex wife. So they issued a warrant. He left the state and failed to tell the courts. So now they are also going to charge him with "Fleeing the jurisdiction" with a pending case. They told her how much his bond would be set at.

And on top of that, he has a pending child support case with me, that they just started to violate him on, because he failed to pay....again. I'm guessing that they'll just issue a warrant on my case as well.....again. My question is......are they going to make him do time? He's already been to jail back in May for non support on my case. I don't want him in jail, but I want him to grow up....... He has 5 kids. You think he'd grow up by now

depending on how far behind he is and how full the prisons are... he might not do very much time at all... its all on how he acts from here on out.
