bleeding, will be 9 weeks tomorrow

Did anyone else have bleeding in their first trimester? I called my doctors office and they said to take it easy, keep feet up and relax. Said if it is a miscarriage they can't really do anything since I will only be 9 weeks tomorrow. I was just curious if anyone else had this and if they still kept a healthy pregnancy?

I had heavy bleeding, clotting (huge solid clots) and cramps at 8 weeks. i thought i was mscarrying.

I found out about 6 weeks later i was still pregnant. If it continues, go and have your hcg levels checked at least, so you know.

with my now 8 month old i bled a lot at around that time. the edge of my placenta didnt form right so it separated and dispelled itself. just the edge not the whole thing obviously. lol. take it easy. cervical rest. and try to relax. bleeding is in fact very normal. your body is producing more blood now and the arteries in your cervix swell and bust easily. any movment might have caused it.

i spotted pretty heavily from 7 to 10 weeks for no apparent reason. Im now 38 weeks so yes its possible to bleed and have a normal pregnancy. Also i noticed i bled more on the days that i was really busy at work so definately take it easy.

Yep. Been bleeding all sorts of colors and heavy/light, etc this entire pregnancy. u/s on monday to see if baby is still "alive" but got some good news 2 nights ago, the baby really moved. take it easy, rest, feet up, limit your lifting, try not to get discouraged, and wait as patient as you can until your next appt. im either 10wks or 13wks so either way similar-ish time frame. depending on when your next appt. is try being aware of movement. flutters or otherwise. that will ease your mind if you get that in the next couple of weeks. good luck to you hoping for a healthy pregnancy!

I had some light bleeding at 10 weeks and baby was fine. I hope everything is fine with your LO  

Thanks so much ladies, you really have made me feel better. I talked to my doctor and he said we are still probably in the ballgame, he said we can do a sono Monday morning to see if everything is still ok. I am hopeful, but I am SUPER nervous!

I bled some in the beginning with my last. I hope everything turns out ok!

My baby didn't have a heartbeat this morning. They said it hasn't grown. So now they said I can wait and see if I pass it on my own or decide to go ahead and have a d&c. I was really hoping they'd give me good news

oh no I'm so sorry! In the same boat. pass on my own or D&C. are they checking your hcg levels to see when you might be closer to passing it? I should be 13wks and still haven't and baby stopped at 6wks. Prayers for you and yours sorry!
