weight loss/coffee/commercial

Do you still have coffee daily even though you're trying to lose weight? Does it help you to use the bathroom? Ever since I changed my eating, I will go #2 every other day. Before it was every single morning.
Second, there's this commercial of a video recording. The lady is leaving the coffee shop and walks right into the doors. Does anyone know what the coffee from that commercial is called and if it's good?

i love coffee in the morning it helps me go #2 and the commercial is for the iced coffee you can buy at the store that you can have at home. its international delight

I love that stuff it is good.. Coffeehouse creations or something like that. In the grocery store I go to it is with the milk and refrigerated coffee creamers.

I bought it once and it went so fast! I think I will start drinking my regular coffee again. You know black coffee has about 10 calories in it? That's what the wii fit thing said anyway.

150 calories per serving.

Regular coffee without any suger or milk/cream: 2 calories for 1 6oz mug.

About two tablespoons of 2%percent milk only add 15 calories..Sugar is what gets you that 15 calories per teaspoon.

If you slowly cut down on the sugar you put in your coffee it isn't so bad. I use to put three teaspoons in a 6 oz mug but now I do one.
