I agree, I've been feeling alot of movement. I even desided to start pushing on my stomach and the baby actually kicked my hand. The baby did if for my husband to and he kinda freaked out..it's his first baby. This is awesome. It really assures me that everything is okay.

hello there,
Congratulations on your baby. This is my first one and well I am not sure if I feel the baby moving around in there. I am 21 wks and to be quite honest with you I am really scared that something is wrong. I am due September 20th. What suggestions do you have and how can we know what it feels to have the baby kicking...
Thanks
Elisa

Have you had an ultrasound or dr appointment lately?? You can also get one of those things that you can hear the heart beat from your own home. there only like $20. You can get them at wal-mart. Some people dont feel or think they feel the baby. When I was pregnant with my daughter, she moved at night and I never really knew it. It honestly fills like you have gas. As funny as it sounds but to me it feels like I have to pass gas any min. Bloating too..any odd thing that you realize about yourself. I hope I've helped you a bit...it feels like it sounds..flutters. If i can help let me know. If in doubt, go get one of those headphone things and listen for your baby, but I'm sure you have nothting to worry about if your not cramping or bleeding...

Hey there thanks so much for responding. We had a DR appointment on the 3rd and the baby was dancing around but i didnt feel it even when i was looking at it. the only thing that i feel is ummm like my heart beat but in my cardiac sphinter. (or around the mouth of your stomach) yeah it feels like an adrenaline rush i check my pulse as weird as that sounds and well its not the same as to the beating. i actually do have one of those things were you can hear the baby and all i hear is POP! POP! POP POP! its weird hehe i wonder if its gas... i dont feel bloated. i will go home tonight and really pay attention if by next week i still dont feel it i think i will go back to the DR. :-) thanks

What part of Texas do you live in??
And just a thought, but isn't the "POP, POP, POP" the sound of the baby moving around?? At least that's what I always thought. Keep me updated, and I wish the best for you.

We live in San Antonio. How about you? I noticed you stated on your page that you are in Southeast Texas...
Well we looked up the whole thing of the POP and yeah it says that it is the baby. I cant wait to feel her move more. This our first and we are a little anxious. I hope you dont mind that I added you to that Parentank.

I feel the baby some, but it is mostly if I have eaten something sweet/cold or at night. He was very active on my last u/s but I did not feel too much of it!

For all mommies that are really worried but the movement of the baby. drink a glass of applejuice lay on your left side and relax you should be able to feel baby move more. as well the popping sound on the heart monitor from walmart IS THE BABYMOVING AND KICKING!!! this is my 6th pregnancy i have 3 living so i used that monitor with4 of my babies lol hope this helps. as well if you are really concerned and the applejuice does not help contact your dr. if you are 21 wks you should feel the flutters or (gas moving) of the baby. a good book that will help is what to expect when you are expecting. i swear that book as been my lifesaver in this pregnancy cuz this one is soo much different then my other ones lol.

Thank you for everyones help! Last night Oscar (my husband) and I were able to listen to the babys heartbeat. At first I swore it was mine but then realised that it would be to down low. Hahaha! I couldnt believe that I was actually hearing something. I was watching TV and then started feeling something (well what I usually feel and dont know what it is) then I decided to get the monitor and SURE ENOUGH! it was her!!!!! I will try the apple juice thing on Friday. We have the 3D sonogram!
THANKS A MILLION!!!

I usually feel our baby move when I bend at the waist. I'm trying to get my daughter to feel the moving...we find out TOMORROW!!! so happy...

how hard do you push and can he really feel it now? lol its my first and his to!

I must confess, I was completely worried when I couldn't feel the baby move by week 19. Then all of a sudden I felt him. Now he moves all the time. It's the craziest feeling ever, but I love it. Most recenlty, he's decided to kick my bladder which is not the best feeling, but at least I can feel something.
