his heads engaged?

So we just got back from the doctor and his head is fully engaged, how long was it before your baby was born after he/she was engaged?

2 months here too... and he STILL didn't want to come out!! lol  

well my son was stuck in my pelvis for 6 weeks before he was born, my 2nd never dropped til' i was actually in active labor...and this one was at -2 the last time i was checked..but she's still not here..so everybaby is different.

you still got a while till he comes out 
ive been 3cent and 70%effaced for AT LEAST a full week and so sign of him yet

yep..this is ur first baby huh?...mine was like that too..i was dilated 4 and 70 % and they wouldn't keep me...but i have been at 2 and 25% for 2 wks. now..they said it will prolly happen all at once...hopefully soon..

yep first baby--and at my 36week appt i was 3cent 70% effaced and she "could feel his head" (<--not sure what significance that is)....and im still preggoo....lol im hoping that on thursday ive progressed enough to where they have to keep me..lol **hoping**

first babies are so stubborn..well all mine are..lol..i am hoping tommorrow that i have progressed too..i actually checked my cervix the other day and it feels pretty open and lower...i didn't have to reach very high..so i am keeping my fingers crossed..i am so over being preggo..and they think this one is huge so i'm trying to get her out of here b4 they have to intervene...

my doc said she doesnt think ill make it to the 31st but i think this baby is saying something else...lol

i prolly won't get to either i am guessing they are gonna enduce next week if she is still big..i just hope they will try more natural ways first before they try to give me pitocin..cause i really don't want drugs...but not only that i don't wanna be in the hospital on my b-day..which is the 30th...messed up huh?

ehh...well the hubby is suppost to be home on leave from iraq on the 30th but my doc said she doesnt see me making it that far def. so if im not gnna make it then he might as well come out now...lol!! wish he showed signs of staying in there for daddy but matthew will come out when he wants to come out..and spending your birthday in the hospital WOULD NOT be fun!...lol

that's good i am glad he gets to come home..hopefully baby will wait...my uncle leaves next month for iraq and my aunt is due june 20th..but they are inducing on the 6th cause she has gd...hopefully my uncle will still be here.

I found out his head was engaged at my last appointment 2 weeks ago and I've still got a baby in here! I'm hoping he will be here soon though...

aww yeah i feel ya! try walking a lot thats what my doctor told me to do!
