Sorry to say but it doesn' t aways go away mine got worse in the second trimester sorry..bad news
talk to your doctor if your not keeping anything down they can give you meds for it.

My busdriver was just telling me this morning that spaghetti-os made her the sickest during her pregnancy lol

lol well she mustve left out the actual bus -driving i took the bus to my doctor yesterday OMG i was sooo sickk! and then wen i came home i was craving pork n beans with toast so i ate it...i had like a combination ofheartburn and nausea and acid reflux alllllllllllll night!!

This is a lttle bit late considering you have like a million posts, but...
Its called stomach bile....
and one of the things that will make you feel a LOT better is to ensure ur getting protein... just because you've eaten doesn't mean much, 6 or 7 small meals a day with protein in them and you'll feel MUCH better...

Also, my heartburn was ridiculous... the dr. put me on prevacid once a day... it doesnt hurt the baby and it works wonders!

i was the same way at 12 weeks mine stoped at about 13 1/2 weeks but now im 23 weeks the sick feeling is back some days.

Some women get sick all through their pregnancy, some never get sick, it's completly normal.

EVERYTHING i mean even water wiuld make me nauseous! .,,
i got morning sickness like three days after i found iut i was preggo and then it didnt go away till about 13-14 weeks!! hang in there!
i found soda crackers helped ... if i could keep them down if it doesnt get better soon ask ur dr. if there is something u could take my dr. said take gravol even thouhg on the pack it says pregnant woman should not take unless constulting with OB... haha.. but i took have a pill and it worked alot.. enough for me to eat something even little! soda crackers water and half a gravol saved my life!
