Light pink spotting

I'm 6 weeks pregnant with my first baby and a few minutes ago I was wiping after I peed and I seen very very light pink mixed with clear discharge. I could barely see it but I'm terrified of having a miscarriage. I have had cramping on and off everyday since I've been pregnant but no lower back pain. I've been worried my hormone levels are low or something because I haven't really had morning sickness or any other symptom. My only symptoms are breast and nipple tenderness and cramps. Is pink spotting normal in early pregnancy? I think I may go see my doctor tomorrow.

Spotting/bleeding can be normal in pregnancy. I bled in my 6 wk of this pregnancy and now im 33 wks. If your worried though then I would call your doctor to let them know about the spotting.

I also had light pink sporting in the early weeks as well as cramping like period cramping until about 8 weeks. I still get light pink bleeding about once a month and I'm 24 weeks and every time I freek out and my doctor ends up saying everything's perfect . If u feel uneasy just go in   it will make u feel better. It does for me anyways but I'm sure everythingsfine
