Heartbreaking

My older children are supposed to go w/their dad for 2 1/2 hours every Tuesday, 10-12:30. He just had his mom come ask me (15 mins before he was supposed to be here and the kids were all ready to go and waiting) if he could take them tomorrow, he's got to work early today. My poor babies were crying to go see daddy and I told them they'll go tomorrow. So my son went upstairs to his room sobbing, and came back down and said "I sleeped, now it's time to go see daddy."  

Aww so sad! I'm hoping the father of my children never does that! it's always so heartbreaking to see a childs hopes crushed because plans changed, especially when it's their parent involved. I hope the day gets better for them!
