re: Relationship Issues During Pregnancy :/

You either get a guy who shows too little interest or too much. My fiance cried at my 12 week ultrasound, asked me to marry him on my 20 week gender scan (and cried again when he found out it was a boy), and now won't stop asking me how I feel or if I'm okay or if I need help and tells me to hurry up and have the baby at least three times a day. Hahahaha. It's a little excessive.

Lmao its cute though.. Well i think so   i think thats my fiances problem im taking too long to have the baby lol ultrasounds and heartbeats dont excite so i guess once he holds his first child it will all change atleast im hoping it will

That's what I've heard from most of my friends with kids. They're not daddies until their LOs are here. It's like that for some women too...probably no one in this particular thread, since I think we've all mentioned we cried at some point or another. Haha.

im noticing lol i had to ask women with kids because my friends have no intrest in being mothers so their advice is rather WRONG lol and yes i cried alot in my first trimester smh too much lol

Oh jeez, my first trimester I was a complete mess. I remember quitting smoking, and pretty much everything else is lost in a blur of anger and/or extreme sadness or a combination of the two.

hey miss mama, alrighty are you ready for the lecture??!!!...lol....here we go...first, with the situation take a deep breath really it helps....you are overwhelmed and honestly its okay to feel the way you feel especially when your partner is not cooperating in the way that you need him. trust me, i was just there. Its natural for a man to do one or two things be just as excited as we are or less knowing and non interested in the "girly part"of our pregnancies!! You are emotional mama, but its the hormones that are going crazy making you feel everything else. Now, as far as what nobody on this forum knows about your personal "you and him" fully, no one can really speak on that. or get mad at you because of something else that is possibly going on. I just encourage you as a new mommy to let the negative roll off and smile at what the positive has to bring. The joy of that baby coming whether he is there or not is all that matters. A family is what every woman dreams ya know, but hardships are bound to come and any relationship will get tested, it all just depends on how much you can handle you know. especially being pregnant. Happiness is something that you need to be for the baby at all times girly...you got this..whatever he misses out on inform him, let him know keep him updated but as far as you and that baby, YOU ENJOY HER ALL TO YOURSELF WHILE SHE IN YOU!!...lol..okay....and he actin crazy now but trust and believe that he loves what you guys created together just as well as you do....we as women are just programed to care in a whole different way than a man...you gon be alright ..you here me....just remember...breathe and talk to the little blessing in your stomach...she heres mama....and believe me...she will make everything alright!!! MUCH LOVE...you got this...dont even worry..its how we were made!!

for me the smallest things just sent me over the edge lol i just felt overly happy due to a miscarriage last year and all the trying we were doing and it seemed as if id never get pregnant then to finally get there again?? wow i was a wreck lol a happy wreck but still a wreck lol

you see, thats what it is all about!!....im telling you once those steps start taking place, you will see day by day how much easier it will get. make dates, start planning, that is something that helps a whole lot...something that also makes you guys closer is a little thing called "face time"....sit across from him with your legs wrapped around him..let him feel your belly and then you guys talk about what keeps you two loving eachother. Bring out good things, why he makes you laugh and smile the way he does compliment him and he will do the same to you...me and my boyfriend started that about 3 months ago!! and oh my how it works when you do it often...you guys will connect...not just for you two..but the baby too!!
