i would see what they say.

Idk if it would make it worse but could u sit with him and put liquid from the bottle to the sippy? Maybe so he sees its the same liquid?

i thought of something last night you could try to soak the nipples in something that he wont like (nothing hot of course) maybe vinager or lemon jucie? then put his drink in his bottle and sippie (make sure he see the bottle first) then give him which one he picks and set the other on a table where he can reach maybe he will drink out of the sippie if he doesnt like whats on the nipple?

Try the camelback water bottles

They still fit the need of the oral sucking/biting and are great for kids with SPD,

And the thermos character cups for milk (they have so so many characters he likes, cars-Thomas-mickey mouse club house.. They also keep the milk cold for hours..

A sippy will probably be a no go, it requires to much sucking without allowing the latch and also promotes a lazy young and slurred speech...

Also encourage juice boxes, or individual bottles of things for a while, as these are exciting for kids, and less likely to want them to go in a bottle..

Heck we used a Starbucks water cup for a long time for milk...

Jamil also likes these

Last I would try a weighted blanket for bed time

those look doable, but are they really just TOO close to regular bottles?

I like someone's suggestion about switching just to open bottles, or something...that might actually work. And Christina with the camel back...that could work, too.

they are a lot like bottles because they are supposed to help with the transition
