Backstory: After TTC for 5 years to no avail my husband and I discovered that I can not bear children. After much discussion we decided that surrogacy would be our best option. Not wanting to go the traditional route, we found our own surrogate and did everything privately. She just turned 16 and was kicked out of her mothers house for being promiscious and into drugs. I knew her through a friend of a friend of a friend and offered for her to come and live with my husband and myself. After she moved in I realized that she would be the perfect solution to all of my problems!!! I talked it over with my husband and he reluctlantly agreed. When I suggested it to her she was over the moon. It was simple: She sleeps with my husband as many times as it takes to get pregnant. Simple right??!! WRONG! This little bitch ruined my life!! She smurfed my husband everyday for 2 months before getting knocked up. As soon as we found out she was pregnant she turned into the biggest bitch I've ever met! And she continued to smurf my husband!! The nerve!! I mean, yeah I let her smurf him but ONLY so I could have a baby and it was supposed to stop as soon as she got pregnant.. my husband told me he wasn't even attracted to her....That's not the worst of it though.. 4 months later she is still pregnant and my husband decides to tell me that he has developed feelings for her and is leaving me to be with her!! Now the baby is coming next week and they both are telling me that I'm not getting him, that they're keeping him and raising him. WTF?? So now I have NO husband and NO baby? I don't know where I went wrong   What legal routes can I take to get my baby? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
