No, that does not make you a bad mother.
You need to call your doctor and get an appointment asap to talk about this, since it sounds like post partum depression.

No, that doesn't make you a bad mom! Moms need breaks, too. Having a newborn is overwhelming, especially when you're dealing with hormonal changes. Does anything trigger the crying, or is it just random? If you're concerned, talk to your doctor. Chances are it's just a case of the baby blues, but if it persists after the 6 week mark, it might be PPD.

welcome to my life. Mention to your family and friends you need a break. having some help will make it a little better. and there is nothing wrong with getting help. being a mom is tough.

I did this with my first, I was 18 and single so my lovely mother helped me a lot. I suggest going to the doctor and having someone close come over and help you or just spend time together with the baby and when she is napping at least a couple of days a week I'm sure it would help, : ) don't be afraid or nervous about talking about these things with your husband or so.

I felt that way with my first baby. I smoked a little bit of weed and got out of the funk within a week.
It's much better to me than going on antidepressants for an undetermined amount of time...
