re: Suicide

Thank you to everyone else who has been continuing to comment on this post. It means a lot that you are sharing your stories as well. While I'm deeply sorry for everyone else's losses, it feels sort of nice to know I'm not alone.

A friend and I are thinking of starting some sort of organization or a way to raise money to donate to a non-profit in our area who works with young girls going through this to bring awareness to mental health issues, as I suffer from them myself but not at the same capacity that my friend did.

Late reply but I don't get on here much. I'm really sorry, first of all   one of my good friends from HS killed himself in April 2010 and all I can say is that it gets easier as time passes. There are times that it takes my breath away still...he was such a happy, smiling, upbeat person and it completely caught me off guard. I talked to him on Facebook [well, not HIM, but like what you do] for a good long while and that helped. His mom and other friends still do on occasion. Suicide hurts, bad. I just hope that they find their peace and are better wherever they are now.

thats so sad my brother hung himself september22 2012 and it abt killed me he was only 51 yrs old and he was a troubled soul and he to use to call me jst to see what I was doin id do jst abt anything to hear his voice but I knw he where theres no more pain...he watches dwn on me faithfully i can feel it...ilove and miss you Tony...
