do these situations seem like sexual abuse#

there's two stories I want to ask about and if so do you think the parents behaved wrongfully?

Well situation 1 theres a guy years ago who was 15 and he came from a broken situation bad gamily he had issues and anyway well he has a sexual relation with his brother that goes on for awhile.zthe brother was 4 years older than him but he agreed. But he was only 15 plus it seemed his brother was pretty violent towards him. Well, they end up found out and both are found as culprits and punished for it... No one seemed to help him for what he endured which seemed like he more so needed than to be looked down on. The parents didn't seem to help they were too neglectful and his aunt didn't help and she knew about it. She blamed him the most... I feel guilty for telling on him it did worst than help imo. In a way at least he wasn't hurt any longer though...
Anyhow, there's a second situation. My situation. I was driving home from a friends. I was drunk I didn't know it was even alcohol in the drink until after the fact... Ok so I'm pulled over by a police officer and he finds out I'm indeed drunk and driving. He says he'll let me off and i end up at his house. he doesnt explain he'll only get me off if i have sex with him not until I'm drifting off and resist but he then says it's only because of what I did I wouldn't get off easy I should have known and tells me to comply so I do because I'm confused I feel he wouldn't ever hurt me that I need to not panic but I keep asking if there's something that I could do instead but he insisted this was it. I was still a bit messed up from drinking and he was a bit too heavy to push off anyway. I didn't want him. He was ugly fat disgusting and it disgusts me I'm having his baby. But before this all, I took a position of lower that he was like my dad. I listened to everything he told me to do. I trusted him. I didn't think he would ever lead me wrong. I thought he hadmy best interest. And I expressed I didn't want to but he didn't care. He just wanted to corner me into this at the last moment. Otherwise I'd be in jail and my mom would hate me for getting drunk... I'm a good girl. But it was all ruined when I came by her house and consumed alcohol. I'm further ruined being pregnant... But idk I don't want to tell my parent because of my cousins situation. That they'll just blame again. This time worst because the guy who did it is a successful wellknown 42 year old officer with everyone who adores him while I'm nobody and I'm 16 so I'm a whole lot older than my cousin was at 15. I do see that his situation was much more like child abuse especially since they were related. But I feel like it's not worth telling them they'll just be worst than they were with him. They'll orobably try to be unsupportive of me having the baby. My concern is my baby. I feel like they aren't worth talking to for this I know their opinion... Anyhow are these situations sexual assault? And if so is it worth telling parents? Did my mum and uncle and aunt handle that situation poorly or well in your opinion? Just wanted an opinion. It seems so many here have negative views on teen sexual abuse. But I guess I wanted comments from people who think like my parents. Anyway?

Situation one:

15 year old boy forced to have sex with his 19 year old brother?

Situation two:

You were driving while intoxicated, pulled over, and a police officer said he'd let you go if you had sex with him and you agreed because he was coercing you?

If that's right, then smurf yes it is sexual assault.

I don't know if I'm understanding the whole story.. you were raped by a police officer? Of course that's sexual assault, you need to report it. If your parents would blame you for being raped by a cop then they are pretty horrible parents.

I don't really understand the first situation.. you told on your cousins for smurfing each other? It was consensual, although technically not legal (a 15 year old with a 19 year old). The only person who can say whether they were assaulted or not are the people involved.

Both are considered abuse, whether your 15 y/o cousin gave consent or not he was a minor. Your situation is worse, the officer is 42! You are only 16, you need to report it and your parents shouldn't hate you for that.

You are a minor, he is a police officer. He got you pregnant. Press smurfing charges. You are carrying all the proof you need around with you. I'd rather be blamed by some smurfs than him getting away with it and doing it to God knows how many other girls.
