I think my water just broke!

So im sitting here on the computer and i feel something gush 'down there' like i peed myself....but its not alot, my panties are just wet...im confused because with my first it was literally trickling down my leg! it is clear with a very light smell to it.....should i go to DR or wait until i get contractions????

I would call the after hours line and leave a msg for your doctor...if that takes too long I'd hurry to the er just to be safe!

i would call or go to l&d with my first i had constant trickling with my second i had a very small gush then nothing i went in they did a swab and confirmed i had a high leak then they fully broke it my daughter was born thursday night 7 hours after it began leaking...neat tidbit of info they swab and look at it under the microscope and ambiotic fluid has things that look similiar to ferns in it thats how they knew it was leaking lol i thought it was quite neat lol and good luck maybe little one is on their way <3

I would put on a pad and lie down for 20 min. Stand up and if it is still gushing, or if it gushes while lying down, then go in. That is what my doc told me.

Stand up, does it run down or anything come out?
Sounds like you need to go to l&d.

Put a pad on and lay down for a bit. If it is wet again when you stand up, go. You may have just been kicked in the bladder. I hope it's not your water yet hon! Good luck!
