Sounds like he's loaded! Poor little lady... I'm really not trying to be a bitch but from what I've read about him he sounds really REALLY stupid. I agree about the part time dads ....................... My bio dad chose my step mom and her kids over me. so when I was like 5 my mom met my stepdad and he has been my dad ever since .

no he only filed papers once. those were the ones for paternity and visitation

but this all happened SO fast. i got the papers last monday...and this monday he already had visitation.  

NOT fair at all.

they already gave him visitation rights, and the court hasnt even DISCUSSED child suport yet. i dont see WHY their doing this when we havnt even done the paternity test yet

true, im so glad that i had a girl!!!! if i had a boy, they tend to look up to their dads like richard looks up to HIS dad (an alcoholic) which is why rich is an alcoholic.
