Good luck! I was lucky enough to have no problems, and we're still going at 19m. Setting yourself small goals is the best way. And remember, the first 6 weeks are the hardest, but once you get past them it's so much easier! The WHO recommend 6-12 months exclusively, then to 2 years and beyond (up to mother's discretion) supplemented with a balanced diet of food.
