soft spots

do babies have a soft spot on the back of their heads? i can feel LO's soft spot o the top of his head but have never been able to find one on the back of his head

hmm i dont know weird though.

Na, they only have the soft spot on the top of their heads. And it should be open for a few months. If they close too early their brains can't grow. But yeah just the one. They get flat spots on the back of their heads if they lay in the same spot.

My daughter has a soft spot on the back of her head. I have to be really careful when I support her head with my hand, because I am afraid to poke her brain :/ Should I be talking to her pedi about that?!?

lol i doubt youll poe her brain but im not sure if you should talk to her pedi maybe you should, just to be on the safe side.
