No period? (not pregnant)

I was supposed to get my period over 2 weeks ago, and no AF at all. I went to the doctor and he was booked for appointments until the 26th, but he wanted me to come in for blood work because he believed I was pregnant. I'm not. It was negative. What would make me miss my period like that? I'm pretty regular with them. I'm wondering if I have cysts since I ran out of my BC pill (pharmacy mix up, just waiting for my period to come to take them) But even when I stopped my BC, I was still regular =-/ . WDYT?

I still dont know why but mine was 3 weeks late the last time and I'm not on bc and wasn't pregnant. But it finally came and was pretty normal and I'm fine. Good luck, I know how stressful it can be.

The worst part of it is not knowing when I will get it lol. I have a feeling its going to happen at the worst moment when i'm unprepared =-/

Hahaha that's exactly what happened to me. We travelled to see family and DHs parents. We were there almost a week and then the night before his parents were coming...guess who showed up!! To make it worse I use a cup and had left mine at home thinking no need for it   I had to send DH out the next morning for me lol.

Moral of the story is, whether you use pads, tampons or a cup....always bring it with you!!!!

Stress can sometimes cause your period to not come. I'm on the depo, and didn't have a period from May 16th to July 2nd.
