If you don't qualify for foodstamps or any of that, What are the chances that your will be able to get wic?

Depends on pregnancy status and the age of the children.

You can still qualify for WIC.

Its very possible you'd still qualify. Google wic guidelines in your area

check the WIC website for the state you live in, they have all the eligibility requirements on the site.

WIC has a much higher income guideline than foodstamps. Like here, the max for a family of 4 is 1700 BEFORE taxes for foodstamps, but for WIC it is around 2800.

i didnt qualify for food stamps, assistance etc bc i made too much by 11 $!! but i qualified for wic no problem. wic is really lenient. in CA where i live you cant make more then 3k a month to qualify. its soo worth it! i never have to pay for baby food, cereal, i also get like 6 gallons of milk for myself, and a ton of other food. all together we probably save well over 200$ a month!!

we get WIC and earn a decent amount of money.
we wouldnt be able to get any other kind of assistance though. we dont want it either, just saying we dont qualify for it.

wow really!?!? Not one person said they couldn't feed their children without the help of WIC. It is there to help new mothers and their children for a reason. They do more than just give you coupons/vouchers for food, they offer great support for breastfeeding mothers, they teach new mothers just how much of each food group the child needs and all kinds of things.

GTFO      Why are you even on BG??? All you do pretty much is hunt out government assistance posts. Just googling your screen name and it pulls up your posts on BG, and by page 3 I hadn't found a single post that was not some sort of attack on those on government assistance. you know if you pay taxes you have a right to the goverment programs. in technicality who know how much of your money you get back by joing wic or food stamps or whatever.
