Dinner

Between DH and DD, i'm cooking like three different things lol.
We are having Chicken Casarole, Tuna Casarole, Chicken&Rice,Mashed Potatoes, & Mac & Cheese.
What are you having for dinner?

Woah that's a lot of carbs!!! We are having toasted tortilla soup!

We are having baked penne with homemade mozzarella cheese.

Why do you cook so much? I cook one meal, everyone eats it or they go hungry.

But it is only me and Cora, no DH

We had homemade pot stickers, stir fried vegetables, sweet and sour chicken, and rice.

Taking the easy route and making chicken stir-fry with veggies over rice.

we had grilled steak, corn on the cob, and baby red potatoes. it was the best dinner i have had in awhile!

I haven't cooked dinner in a couple of days because my oven has been out.
I was only going to make Chicken Casarole, then DH said he wanted Tuna Casarole too & Chicken Rice, then Macie hollers mac and cheese.
DH goes back to work underground tomorrow also, i always cook a big dinner on Sunday, because its literally the only time all of us are together at home. He works 5-6 days a week & Macie always spends the night at her grandma's on Saturday.
