What is wrong with this car seat?

My facebook friend says she has outgrown it, my SIL said I had it in wrong, but it is threaded through the black hook. Help?

Well if she is 5 she must make the height and weight for just the lap belt...she looks a lot younger I thought she was like 3 lol but just tall lol. Mine is 4 and still using the 5 point harness but she is only 29 lbs..you usually have to be 40lbs for the lap belt and booster. But it looks right to me but hard to tell from a pic

Look right to me. My 8 year old is still in the high back booster.

She says the seat belt is wrong- that it is digging into her neck and not positioned like a regular person's seat belt. But I don't think I did it wrong- I put it through the plastic black piece and hooked up the seat belt.

it just looks like its scooted over too far to one side...tight fit with the other carseat maybe?

It does that on my 10 yr old digs in. It happens when your short I have the same problem I wear the lap belt behind me lol or I don't wear a seat belt at all.

My niece is also 5 years old and shes in one of those booster seats.
