Baby Daddy Troubles

So,lately,my son's father has been sending me friend requests on facebook,& messaging me that he wants to see him.So I told him that I would let him know when we're in town (we live 2 hours away) but that I don't want his new fiance around my son,because he needs to get to know him first,before anybody else.
Well,she has a son too,& I've heard from alot of their old friends that she's addicted to crack,& I know that at one point,my BD was too,so I'm just really scared that my son is going to be around it,so I told him that I was going to take him to court for supervised visitation.What kind of evidence do I need to make sure I get it ? I just really don't want my son around that environment,that's why I've kept him away the best I could.He pays child support,so I know that he's entitled to see him,but I'm just scared.
He hasn't been mean or anything about it,& he acts like he really just misses him & wants to see him,so should I just let him see him & see how it goes ?
We're planning on going to my cousin's babyshower next month,it's co-ed & my whole family will be there,including my boyfriend.I told my BD he could come see him there if he wanted to but that his fiance wasn't allowed.(It's a public pool/lake)

Tell him that he can see him BEFORE the baby shower starts, but once it starts he has to leave. That way you have a set time on the visit.

I would also tell him if he wants more regular access, he'll have to go to court.

You can't really control who he brings the child around, especially because of gossip.

I'm not sure what kind of evidence would work but if he want's to see him so bad, can he come to YOU? You shouldn't have to drive two hours out of the way. That way you will be around, he won't be around his fiance and you don't have to worry about him not giving him back. As long as there's no custody agreement in place, he can't do a thing about it

That's a good idea ! It's a membership only kind of place,& his dad has a lifetime membership so I figured that would be a good time.& He agreed to not bring him around her,I don't trust him as far as I can throw him though..

That's what I told him.I said he was more than welcome to come see him anytime he wanted,& that I wasn't going out my way all the time just so he can see him.& I have sole custody of him.
