I'm not certain because I haven't used it myself, but I would assume, you'd need good credit, in order for them to bill you later.

Its credit approved and its like a line of credit. You make payments on it.

LOL, its pretty much a credit card without the card. You have a certain amount that you are approved for and you can use it, pay it off, use it...etc.
