Using CBFM to detect pregnancy

Is it possible? I was given a CBFM midway through my cycle with test sticks. So I figured what the hell, its free so Ill feed my POAS obsession. Well as expected I got 3 days of low readings. Then on Friday I recieved a high reading. After doing a little research on how to read the sticks, I can see where my estrogen is rising and "LH" is slowly but surely rising. I woke up too late today to use my monitor but I did take a FM test stick just to see and the lines were equal, though not very dark. From what Ive read this may have read as a peak or have been very close. I plan to take another tomorrow just to see. I am not due for AF until the 23 but I am unsure as to when I O'd. Any insight is appreciated.
