pp itching... tmi

I don't know what to do but its making me crazy.
I have vaginal itching since I had my dd 6 months ago. I've been treated gor a yeast infection, and tested for all stds (long story short my Bd may have cheated) and that came back negative. I was treated for a uterine infection? I don't have any other symptoms either
Has anyone dealt with this after having a baby?
