By giving him more time, it's like you've basically told him he is doing a better job than he is.

There were mulitple witnesses to that. And I tried to get the drug tests put in the papers but they wouldn't do it. He has an opiate blocker implant, so they said that was enough. what they don't even understand is that is just for OPIATES! He can still abuse other things.

Yes he will probably actually get it. Document everything you can. If he comes to your house late, doped up etc. Mark the time/date. If he doesn't show up. Mark the time/date. Smurf if you have to pretend to be taking some pictures and keep those as proof. The judge won't listen to he said she said but maybe he'll look at actual proof.

i hate the court system. If he has abused me with the child present I'm sure he would do it to her   And i feel so guilty for letting someone like that father my child...

Even with it being in the court order that he can get extra days?

Yes. Because the point of you "both agreeing" on the times was based on the fact that you believe him to be doing a good job parenting.

You two getting into a fight does not equal child abuser.

If he shows up on drugs at your house, call the cops! Don't let him stay there with her. And maybe if you didn't monitor everything or tell him he's not doing a good job, he would do better. I wouldn't do anything but play on my phone if I tried to do stuff with my daughter and get knocked down (which I don't know for sure I'm just assuming that's what happens from what I've read)

It wasn't just a fight. He threw me onto a concrete porch 3 weeks after giving birth. And he was throwing things when the child was in the same room. And he broke up her crib.

I don't monitor EVERYTHING. I let him have his time with her. But it takes place at my house most of the time. I leave him to play and spend time alone, while I do other things around the house. I don't tell him he is being a bad father.
