LEG CRAMP HELP
posted 12th May
So last night I woke up and had a sharp burning pain in my ankle, it then traveld up my leg with time till it reached my knee and lasted about 20 min. It hurt so bad. I tried stretching my foot but discovered that only reallymade my ankle pain worse! It happend once more at 4 and then again at 10. Does anyone know what can help with this?

drink lots of water and start eating bananas everyday or every other day.
Edited to add: its because you don't have enough potassium in your diet

It could be RLS.
I had it all the time when I was pregnant.
It woke me up also, and I would just stretch my legs out or try to walk around a little.

Stretching your legs a lot helps.. its not necessarily from a lack of potassium but could be from a lack of blood flow to your legs. I get them all the time but I have plenty of potassium in my diet. When it happens get up and try to walk on it and it will help it go away faster.
