re: August mommys_Father's Day coming soon..

my hubby did very well for mother's day. he got a very thoughtful card and a nice picture frame to put pictures of the baby in.

i've known for a while what i want to do for him. of course i'm going to get him a sappy card. but also, they sell these figurines at hallmark. i'm sure you've seen them. they're usually angels, but there are people. they don't have faces. but anyways there's one with a daddy holding a baby. it makes me cry every time. i'm going to buy one. under $20 if you were wondering. i believe the brand is willow tree. or something like that.

my husband got me some flowers and wrote me a sweet letter inside a beautiful card! We are getting a 3d sonogram early to mid June and my husband said that it would be the perfect Father's day present for him. Since they are pretty expensive, I think that I'll consider that his present. I'll probably get him a card... other than that... 3d pics of this little boy on the way should be enough! He said so himself.

My husband said Mother's day doesn't count for me until next year   which I kinda understood...so he got me nothing. Wasn't his face red when all my friends started texting me Happy Mother's day and his family got me mother's day gifts! HA!

So I'm wondering if the best revenge would be to get him nothing or to get him something so he feels bad? LOL

IM GOING TO GET HIM A FATHERS BOOK ABOUT THE PREGNANCY IT TELLS THEM HOW TO TREAT A LADY WHILE PREGO & ALL THE THINGS SHE GOES THROUGH LOL

I think Mother's Day and Father's Day is for expecting parents as well as for people whi have kids. I really don't know what I will get my boyfriend for Father's Day..right now he does not deserve anything. My 13 year old daughter spent her own birthday money and got me a birthstone ring and said it was from her and her baby sister!!! She is such a sweetheart!!!

I'm due in August with mine and my boyfriends first baby...for Mother's day he got me a Pandora Bracelet...it's a charm bracelet and I can just keep adding charms on it...he got me charms relating to our baby and it says "I love you MOM" on it...I love it so much!!! we both work all the time and he still hasn't seen the baby in an ultrasound so i set up an appointment to get a 4D ultrasound and we get the pics and DVD that come along with it...I know he'll enjoy it because he'll finally get to see our son...

I got a dozen beautiful pink roses (although it's boy) delivered to work with the greatest letter ever written on the inside of the card. So I wanna do something incredibly special for him too. I think I might go with the jersey idea. He already has one, but his lil man needs one. I think he'll like that!
