Weird hip pains..

Little back story, I went back to work 4wks PP. Didn't do anything strenuous but turned funny & had a weird sharp pain start in my hips & shoot down my thighs & afterwards my back started hurting where I got the epidural. Well that happened a few times back then but hasn't in awhile until the other day at work. I am 6 months PP & I hadn't been working for a few weeks so maybe that had something to do with it, but afterwards I just had a dull ache in my back & hips. Is this something I should be concerned about & possibly visit the doctor or is it normal?
