Well they don't always take out of the paychecks right away...like I said if he doesn't pay it will take a while to get money...my friend hasn't paid in 4 1/2 years and they haven't taken his taxes or out of his paycheck. So don't always count on that.

Thats so messed up how can our government allow people to have kids and not help out! Maddness!

Well that's our world...that is what we were raised in...I wish it would honestly change because mother's need money for kids and if the father's don't want to help then the government should give us money till they get the father's to pay

i do know that he will be required to split your child's doctor bills with you

You can get a paternity test while pregnant still and it is safe for the mom and baby. My girlfriend had to do it when she got raped

I went today and BAD NEWS! They wont take my application until the baby is born and he is not required to help with any bills. So crazy he calls me as Im walking out to see if he can pick up some clothes he has at my apt. I told him I really need help with food and dr. visits he said he would help me dr. visits and think about food, I told him like 30 or 40 bucks a month just to help me out! Well see....crossing fingers!
