30 day shred..does it work

im 5'8 and i weigh 195..i used to work out all the time, and since i started working part time, i never want to do anything. ive come a long way..i gained about 40 pounds when i was pregnant..came home from the hospital and was 230. ive always been bigger..i was aroumd 185 when i got pregnant..i want to be around like 150. i have thunder thighs and really wide hips, other than that, i like my body. my syomach isnt really big, its just flabby lol i want to be happy with myself for once so im thinking of getting the 30 day shred.
does it actually work?
will it kill me? haha like p90x or any of those crazy workouts
i want to lose atleast 30 pounds and tone up..get smaller hips!
please let me know!

It works if you do it and not stop. It's a though work out but worth it.

Im 5'8just also. Made it to day 27I on the shred with no results at all...I weigh 150. And have been stuck here for over a year!!! But u do know people who it worked for...so it really just depends on the person.

im jealous!! i want to be 150! before i got pregnant, i quit smoking and i think that added some weight onto me..thats my goal to eventually be around 150..ill get there eventually :/

Im bigger too. Im only 5'4 but I have big thighs and hips, Im all ass (well and boobs) I cut my calories and have been doing the shred for 5 days. I feel a difference, but AF is due to I also feel like crap lol.
I had SO measure me before I started, but my hips already seem less in my way, KWIM, and my arms feel more toned. Its only 5 days but I was doing some working out before and did the shred for about a week 3 weeks before I started dieting and working out.
Some girls have said you only tone, you dont lose. I think you need to add cardio, like a 30 min walk everyday or something and you got to watch what you are eating if you want results.
Ill let you know more in 25 days lol

I was walking everyday also, about a mike and a half...my goal is 130-135, but I was 106just when I got pregnant.
