I like night time work outs just b/c i love coming home getting in a nice warm shower than relaxing afterwards if you do it in the morning you've still got the entire day to continue doing stuff. IDK maybe that's just me though.

well i heard your not supposed to work out at night unless its a couple hours before you go to bed i might be wrong i would do it in the morning...then you have all day after and your not just going to bed after a good workout morning you will keep moving all day and that will help get better results im sure

Personally I'd work out at night. It gives you a chance to burn off calories that you put on during the day, so that if you eat before bed, those calories won't pile on top of the ones already stacked. lol
But working out pumps endorphins so I'd work out a couple of hours before bed, to give yourself time to wind down and get sleepy.
Once you've gotten used to a routine work out, you should probably do the exercises at night and a small dose of them in the morning, as well.
Don't forget to stretch! :]

I always start my exercising with a jog.Italways gets me in the mood to exercise. If I start out doing something else, I just get lazy and don't do all the exercises that I need to. I try to exercise in the middle of the day, which I know that not everyone can do that. I would say to start out small and then build yourself up. Good luck on losing that last 20 lbs!

I guess it depends on the workout. Anything that will get you amped up do in the morning, but I do yoga at night right before I go to bed. It relaxes me and helps me get to sleep.

If you work out in the morning it is suppose to boost your metabolism for the day. And you are less likely to be too tired and skip your work out.
If you would out too close to bed it can cause you to lose sleep. And they have linked a good nights sleep to helping with weight loss.
However...any time you can fit in a work out is a good time. So if night is the only time you can do it, then go for it.
