true, it's the location... Rent here isn't too too awful, but people still seem to have a tough time with it. Did you get things with your landlord squared away?

Realtor.com is where we found our last two. I tried craigslist but it was a lot of BS scams and the very few that weren't were so run down and over priced. One I went to, part of the carpet in one room had been ripped up, the house looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages, some of the kitchen cabinets were replaced with simple plywood and they wanted 1200 a month   It was BAD. I strongly recommend finding a realtor. You do not pay a dime, but they help you soooo much. Their fees are paid by the owner. Right now rentals almost everywhere are going fast as well so you have to be quick.

Well before we looked into the legal stuff we agree to another bug bomb this weekend so we are going to note all that down after it doesn't work which it won't.. Then send the letter next week. The next headache is finding a new place to live.. that doesn't include the MIL.

they are idiots, they will keep having the same issues, you bomb, it will send them to the neighboring apartments, they bomb, it sends them back to you, it's an endless cycle, and you just end up with poison every where.
