Mothers milk tea. Don't do yeast...it may give you an infection.

Honestly, just try to intake more fluids. I was drinking a full 64oz Gatorade and my hubby would get me another as soon as it was done lol. Also if you're not producing enough, try getting a pump and pumping past the dry spell. Whereas baby would stop sucking when no milk comes out, the pump won't. Another thing is try putting the pump at a slightly stronger suck than baby. This will help your body know that baby needs more and it'll help produce more. Hope this helps! Good luck! x

brewers yeast is good it helps bcus it contains B-vitamins, Id recommend royal jelly though. eating real oatmeal helps.
oh or fenugreek or domperidone helps too.

Also, drink LOTS of water as well.

Water is DEFINITELY important~ I slacked off drinking water one day, and got back to it the next, and produced an extra ounce per breast simply because I upped my water intake (I think i managed to down 3 or 4 one liters of water that day)
I only pump once a day normally (twice if SO uses any milk to make a bottle) so I have some stocked up for when I go back to work (somewhere between 40-50 oz are in the freezer! Woot!)
Fenugreek works, but do some research for yourself, it's not for everyone. you also have to make sure you're taking enough so it's important to see that info for yourself.
otherwise you can try making cookies (they have fennel seeds in them I Think?) and Blessed Thistle is another one I've heard.

I've heard mother's milk tea works well. Also remember to drink LOTS of water and oatmeal helps produce more milk too. :]
