i've been having really bad period like sharp pains about every 10 minutes... i was asleep and woke up to it and i can't sleep no matter if i lay down or sit up it hurts... i'm not sure if it is contractions because i heard they go from stomach to your back but this is just in my tummy... what's the website that counts contractions or what ever?
