am i ready yet? :(

Im 33 weeks pregnant and i cant handle it anymore.. the hot flashes i get are so bad i have to sleep in the liveing room( where the air conditioner is) and i get such sharp pains down there when i walk so im basicly stuck on the couch all the time, and that kills my back... any ideas on how i can relive any of these problems, or should i asked to be induced whenever im allowed to?

Seriously? You want to be induced 7 weeks early because you're uncomfortable? Pregnancy is uncomfortable. Count your blessings and deal with it.

Honestly, talk to your doctor about ways to help relieve the pain. DONT get induced just because you're uncomfortable. Let that baby cook as long as possible   Good luck! x

Just keep it cool and drink plenty of water.
It sucks but it is no reason to induce. I cried everyday getting out of bed because it hurt so bad but I went to my due date

Youve got a long way to go. Being induced just because you're in pain is selfish and stupid. Think about your baby, and suck it up. It won't stay in there forever.

What about buying a blow up mattress for the living room? Wet cold flannels to cool you, drinking more water, paracetamol when you get bad pains - being induced will not happen nor should it, you need to keep cooking for as long as possible

No no i wasnt meaning getting induced right away i ment like at 38 weeks or so

That's still stupid. Unless the baby comes on it's own at 38 weeks, it's not ready. Pregnancy is 40 weeks for a reason.

Why are all of you people so harsh!? You couldn't use a different choice of words that just calling the woman 'stupid'! Just explain that it's not a good idea. Let the baby cook! Sheesh x

i have the back pain and a little of the cramping as well. easiest thing ive found to help relieve the pain is go swim and just float in the water. you do not feel as heavy and weighed down. dont get induced yet that is still a risk for your baby at 5 weeks early. just hold out and keep thinking it will happen when its suppose to. the cramping down there is just all your ligaments and muscles stretching so rub your belly and back and help relax them.

I really don't care if it's harsh or not. It's the truth.

Soooo, you're telling me that you want to deliver a baby that is 3-4 pounds with respiratory issues and that baby would be staying in the NICU for weeks; JUST because you are *uncomfortable*. Think about how uncomfortable your baby is going to be in the NICU with I.V.'s and a nasal cannula, getting blood work done, having to stay in an isolette....
