Yep, no one is going to believer her. One thing tho, can his job fire him because her mom came in there screaming that stuff? And cant he sue her for defamation of character?

He probably could sue her, if he had the money. The job - the girl's mom is a regular, and the job is calling it an "indefinite suspension." It sounds all right, but my boyfriend used to work there five years ago and as far as we know is still on "indefinite suspension."

It boils down to her word against his, and while the cops are quite familiar with her, the judges are not, and they're really tough on guys accused of rape up here, whether there was an actual rape or not.

About seven or eight years ago, a 16 year old high school girl was going to get in trouble for being out past her curfew. She went home and told her grandmother that two black guys had raped her in the back seat of their car. She identified them as being employees at a local restaurant. Despite a lack of any evidence other than her word, they were tried and convicted. A year later, she pulled the same stunt, was found out to be lying, and recanted not only that story, but the one that landed the two men in jail the following year.
